Terms and Condition

  1. The minimum age of renter and any associated drivers must be 25 years. 

  2. The driver must have a valid driving license for at least a year.

  3. The minimum rental period is one day.

  4. For careless driving and driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, driving in prohibited areas or roads and neglect to the vehicle, the renter is responsible for all charges.

What is Included in our rates

  1. Unlimited kilometres for all categories.

  2. Responsible insurance for injuries and material damages to third parties.

  3. Insurance collision (CDW).

  4. 100% full insurance against theft, fire and Crystal of the rented car.

  5. Insurance for injuries (PAI)

  6. 24 hours / 24 hours roadside assistance.

  7. 24 hours / 24 hour phone support.

  8. In case of accident or damage to property provide a replacement vehicle.

  9. Low rates for delivery & collection from elsewhere (for rentals over 6 days) (eg. Chania Airport (CHQ),Heraclion airport (her), etc.)

  10. VAT 24%

  11. Updated Road map of the island.

  12. The first additional driver is free of charge.

  13. Child seats are for free until 7 years old.

What is NOT included in our rates

  1. SAD: Third driver 

  2. NVS: Navigation System (extra charge)

  3. OWH: midnight delivery / collection (24: 00-08: 00)

4. Every hour of delay without a contact will be charged 10€.
